Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, converting them into clear functional specifications and project deliverables. Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate actionable insights, optimize workflows, and support informed decision-making across business and technical teams. Creating detailed process documentation, including process models, use cases, workflows, and wireframes, to facilitate software development and system implementation. Develop and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel, ensuring stakeholders had real-time visibility into progress and alignment with organizational objectives. Automate workflows using AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, and AWS Systems Manager, reducing manual intervention, enhancing consistency, and streamlining CI/CD pipelines. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
